What you will do

• Drive full-cycle technical recruitment focusing on active sourcing and talent mapping.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify top talent pools and strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing plans.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to attract passive candidates.
• Develop and strengthen the employer brand within the Moldovan tech market.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from contact to onboarding.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including hands-on sourcing.
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian languages; good English skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Moldovan talent market.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and various tech stacks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
