What you will do

• Manage the global budget process, monthly variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc scenario analysis to drive business insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to review key performance metrics in partnership with the business.
• Lead strategic projects related to business planning and forecasting to boost growth.
• Create business case standards for evaluating growth opportunities and investments.
• Communicate financial status, vision, and proposals to the board and leadership.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or Accounting, ideally within the SaaS industry.
• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis using Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of basic Accounting and Tax principles.
• English: Excellent communication skills (C1+) required.
• Location: Must be based in or eligible to relocate to Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
• Basic conversational skills in German.
