What you will do

• Manage post-sales client kickoff, document auditing, and account configuration in internal systems.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing operational status reports and meeting coordination.
• Maintain the master bidding calendar and track RFPs/RFQs across multiple accounts.
• Organize construction blueprints, specifications, and scope addenda in structured folders.
• Perform quality assurance on proposal formatting and gather subcontractor quotes.
• Update internal project boards in ClickUp, Trello, and HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Direct experience in commercial bidding, RFP/RFI tracking, or construction administration.
• Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Google Workspace, and shared drives.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, ClickUp, or specialized bidding systems.
• Ability to work according to US Central/Eastern standard hours.
• Strong remote-work ethic and ability to meet hard deadlines independently.
