• Facilitate all onsite logistics for events in the assigned market to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with venues, audiovisual teams, catering, and party rental vendors.
• Manage registration processes, including name badge preparation and onsite ticket sales.
• Handle event inventory such as signage, lanyards, and pop-up banners.
• Collaborate with event sponsors to provide support and ensure satisfaction throughout the event.
• Monitor the attendee experience, overseeing food, music, and general venue maintenance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Event Coordination and Registration.
• Must be based in the London area and available for partial and full-day events several times a month.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
