What you will do

• Identify and recruit industry professionals to sponsor and lead student capstone projects.
• Collaborate with project leaders to design project briefs and milestones suitable for asynchronous learning.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to project leaders and students.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for university clients, providing regular progress reports.
• Support students by answering questions regarding project logistics and platform tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience combining outreach, sales, or recruitment with project management.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and project management software.
• Ability to work independently in a fully online, asynchronous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
