• Lead a team of 2-5 developers in building automated trading and execution strategies.
• Develop Trading UIs to visualize complex, real-time sports trading situations.
• Implement robust risk and exposure controls.
• Create libraries and tooling for developers, quants, and traders.
• Design and maintain scalable systems focused on speed, flexibility, and accuracy.
• Shape technical architecture and influence long-term strategy while remaining hands-on with code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with deep Python expertise.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing robust solutions for complex real-world problems.
