TL;DR

Location: Must be based in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Dominican Republic, or Costa Rica) and available to work during U.S. Business Hours (EST).

hirify.global is a professional services firm hiring on behalf of a growing property management company.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of six professionals across leasing, operations, and maintenance departments.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of property management, including leasing, unit turns, and rent collections.
  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs to drive operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, maintenance costs, and delinquency reports to improve profitability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal staff to ensure properties meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential property management experience and 2+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in LATAM and able to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, and eviction procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Buildium, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple geographic markets.
  • Background in both residential and commercial property management.
