What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of six professionals across leasing, operations, and maintenance departments.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of property management, including leasing, unit turns, and rent collections.
- Develop and implement scalable SOPs to drive operational efficiency and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, maintenance costs, and delinquency reports to improve profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff to ensure properties meet quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential property management experience and 2+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be based in LATAM and able to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional, remote teams.
- Strong understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, and eviction procedures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Buildium, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
- Experience managing operations across multiple geographic markets.
- Background in both residential and commercial property management.
