What you will do

• Support first-line oversight through independent reviews, challenge, and risk assessments.
• Maintain and embed regulatory standards across all oversight activities.
• Review and challenge business processes, controls, and operating procedures for regulatory alignment.
• Provide governance oversight to identify, escalate, and resolve risks and regulatory issues.
• Deliver independent assurance on advice policies, conduct standards, and financial crime controls.
• Analyze customer outcomes and adviser activity to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• QCF Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Strong understanding of FCA advice requirements and the wider regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance principles within financial services.
• Experience operating within risk management, oversight, or assurance frameworks.
• Understanding of retirement and wealth products and their associated risks.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
