TL;DR

Head of Sales & Account Management Operations (Fintech): Leading and scaling the sales and account management functions to drive revenue growth and customer retention with an accent on operational excellence and team development. Focus on building scalable ways of working, improving CRM adoption, and optimizing portfolio performance.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Lithuania)

Salary: €4,400–€5,200 gross

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Account Management team through performance reviews and QBRs.
  • Deliver department KPIs and revenue targets while improving retention and portfolio growth.
  • Design and continuously improve the Account Management and sales framework.
  • Drive CRM adoption, reporting, and maintain high data quality.
  • Partner with Product, Payments, Compliance, and AML teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the department budget, resource planning, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success teams of 5–10+ people.
  • Proven experience building or transforming Sales and/or Account Management functions.
  • Experience creating KPIs, performance frameworks, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Fluent English (C1+) and Lithuanian.
  • Must be based in Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with B2B payments, financial institutions, or international clients.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience implementing CRM automation or designing Customer Success frameworks.
  • Additional languages such as Russian or other European languages.
