Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance in Farringdon 2-3 days per week, with Tuesday and Thursday as mandatory anchor days.

What you will do
- Source and vet standout creators across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage the full campaign cycle, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and creative briefing.
- Perform quality control on all creator content to ensure brand alignment and compliance.
- Build and maintain detailed posting schedules while monitoring live content performance.
- Partner with managers to track campaign budgets, timelines, and performance data for wrap reports.
- Stay updated on platform shifts, new formats, and emerging trends to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the creator or influencer space.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the creator economy.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-driven approach to project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and experimental agency environment.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and creative workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on creative excellence and storytelling.
