What you will do

• Source and vet standout creators across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage the full campaign cycle, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and creative briefing.
• Perform quality control on all creator content to ensure brand alignment and compliance.
• Build and maintain detailed posting schedules while monitoring live content performance.
• Partner with managers to track campaign budgets, timelines, and performance data for wrap reports.
• Stay updated on platform shifts, new formats, and emerging trends to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the creator or influencer space.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the creator economy.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-driven approach to project management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and experimental agency environment.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and creative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on creative excellence and storytelling.
