What you will do

• Own the Beauty & Gifts partner portfolio, building strategic relationships to drive investment and long-term value.
• Create partner marketing plans and retail media propositions aligned with business and customer goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two to deliver against commercial objectives.
• Lead the delivery of integrated retail media campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Manage partner investment, budgets, and revenue forecasting to meet targets.
• Utilize customer insights and performance analysis to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Liverpool, UK (Hybrid).
• Proven experience in partnerships, retail media, or brand marketing.
• Essential beauty industry experience and a strong understanding of consumer trends.
• Track record of building strategic brand partnerships and securing investment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Experience in multi-channel campaign planning, execution, and ROI measurement.
