TL;DR
Senior Product Owner (AI Delivery): Designing and deploying frontier AI solutions using Claude and agentic systems for enterprise clients in FSI and HCLS with an accent on productized offerings and forward-deployed delivery. What you will do
- Define value propositions, positioning, and reusable AI Blueprints for the FSI and HCLS sectors.
- Lead forward-deployed delivery (FDE/FDX), deploying AI solutions on live client data through rapid prototyping.
- Build comprehensive business cases and ROI models to translate client needs into scoped SOWs.
- Execute AI product roadmaps focusing on GenAI, RAG, and agentic workflows using the Anthropic-native toolset.
- Manage Agile execution, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release processes.
- Drive adoption and measure impact through success metrics and reusable playbooks.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in solution/product ownership and 3–5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, or agentic systems.
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Services (FSI) and/or Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS).
- Proven track record of operating forward-deployed or embedded with clients, including hands-on prototyping.
- Technical proficiency with Claude, Claude Code, MCP integrations, RAG, and vector databases.
- Fluent English (working language).
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
- Anthropic certifications (Solutions Architect or Claude Certified track) or AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
- Background in software development.
- Expertise in other regulated industries, such as insurance.
