What you will do

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power their end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Take new initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale them up based on product-market fit validation.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create a cohesive end-to-end journey.
• Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other teams in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1-2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think systemically and simplify complex use cases for customers.
• Experience building software in partnership with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to marry qualitative insights with quantitative data.
