What you will do

• Own the health and retention of a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America.
• Monitor customer health signals including product utilization, NPS, and executive engagement to proactively mitigate churn.
• Develop and maintain success plans aligned with customer business goals and ROI objectives.
• Lead regular business reviews to reinforce value and support renewal and expansion readiness.
• Partner with internal teams including Product, Support, and Onboarding to close feedback loops and resolve escalations.
• Nurture customer champions and facilitate advocacy through case studies and advisory boards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with $500K+ ARR.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in outcome-based management and ROI reporting.
• Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical teams with high executive presence.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity verification, KYC/AML, or fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with API-based or technically complex SaaS products.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or Totango.
• Background in high-growth or transformation-oriented environments.
