What you will do
- Own the health and retention of a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America.
- Monitor customer health signals including product utilization, NPS, and executive engagement to proactively mitigate churn.
- Develop and maintain success plans aligned with customer business goals and ROI objectives.
- Lead regular business reviews to reinforce value and support renewal and expansion readiness.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Support, and Onboarding to close feedback loops and resolve escalations.
- Nurture customer champions and facilitate advocacy through case studies and advisory boards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with $500K+ ARR.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in outcome-based management and ROI reporting.
- Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical teams with high executive presence.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience in identity verification, KYC/AML, or fraud prevention.
- Familiarity with API-based or technically complex SaaS products.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or Totango.
- Background in high-growth or transformation-oriented environments.
