Salary: $86,000 – $142,000

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end implementation projects for compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance leaders.
• Own project management for customer onboarding, creating detailed plans and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as a strategic advisor to help customers solve complex compensation challenges using the hirify.global platform.
• Execute technical requirements including API integrations, data migration, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep technical proficiency with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
• Proven track record of meticulous project management and autonomous prioritization.
• Experience managing a variety of stakeholders, from project managers to Heads of People and Finance executives.
• Must be based in the USA to support the hybrid office model in San Francisco.
