Salary: $110,000–$135,000 plus sales incentive plan

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners through regular business reviews and joint integration planning.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including renewals, expansion, and identifying co-selling growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner business models and downstream use cases.
  • Drive corporate objectives by improving Partner Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall portfolio health.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Product, and Data Science to resolve partner escalations.
  • Organize and host executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on commercial goals.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in channel customer success, partner management, or indirect sales.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel roughly 20% for onsite visits.
  • hirify.globaln track record in highly regulated markets such as fintech, banking, or insurance.
  • Strong aptitude for technology, data platforms, and investigating API transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies is strongly preferred.
