What you will do

• Build and nurture strong, proactive relationships with strategic clients across Europe.
• Deliver seamless onboarding experiences to ensure long-term client success.
• Develop and execute tailored engagement campaigns to drive platform adoption and utilization.
• Provide expert support via email, calls, and in-person meetings regarding data and workflows.
• Surface usage trends and insights to align solutions with client objectives like voyage planning and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify expansion opportunities and drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer success experience in Commodities, Energy, Shipping, or Fintech.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of large, strategic clients.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
