TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Telecom): Managing post-sale relationships and driving revenue growth for an existing customer base with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and service renewals. Focus on acting as a trusted advisor, facilitating customer onboarding, and collaborating with sales and solutions teams to maximize account value.

Location: Must be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Massachusetts

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Direct Sales and Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and retention within an existing customer base.
  • Proactively manage the renewal process and convert month-to-month subscriptions to term contracts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customer onboarding, enablement, and product adoption.
  • Execute outreach strategies to introduce new product enhancements and ecosystem partner opportunities.
  • Analyze customer experience trends and report growth opportunities via Salesforce.
  • Facilitate the resolution of commercial and service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise software, Internet, or Telecommunications industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment with multiple goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on identifying and solving customer pain points.
  • Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions is highly desired.
