What you will do

• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and investment proposals for aerospace propulsion.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor technologies to define measurable product requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Monitor technical progress, milestones, and commercial readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support design reviews, testing, qualification, and certification processes in accordance with EASA, FAA, or military standards.
• Prepare technical and commercial inputs for tenders, RFPs, and customer proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Business with 5–8 years of experience (or Master's 4–7 / PhD 3–6).
• Proven experience in product management or aerospace engineering, specifically within propulsion, UAV, or gas turbine environments.
• Demonstrated track record of supporting complex engineering products across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience in customer engagement, market analysis, and cross-functional delivery.
• Knowledge of EASA, FAA, or military airworthiness requirements.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nice to have

• Exposure to industrialization, production readiness, or new product launches.
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or project-planning tools.
