What you will do

• Define and own the overall Product Vision and Strategy for In-Flight solutions within the Flightscape portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UX, and Engineering within SAFe Agile Release Trains.
• Analyze airline industry trends and market needs to identify and validate investment opportunities.
• Establish continuous internal and external feedback loops using customer insights and production data.
• Manage a virtual profit and loss (P&L) view to balance revenue opportunities and cost considerations.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to ensure sales readiness and enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in Airline catering operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation, or a related field.
• Experience executing product roadmaps and business objectives for complex software platforms.
• Proficiency in working within SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
