What you will do

• Analyse market trends, competitors, customer needs, and regulations to advise on risk-focused product strategy.
• Review post-launch product performance, usage, and operations, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Support product development with risk, control, and feasibility input.
• Manage product governance lifecycle including design, approval, launch, changes, and reviews per bank framework.
• Coordinate approvals with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other authorities.
• Monitor product performance and suitability from governance perspective and liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years in banking, including 3 years in Risk Management.
