Salary: $158,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of premier strategic customer accounts across the U.S., ensuring timely collections and a white-glove experience.
• Perform credit reviews and customer risk assessments within established frameworks.
• Resolve complex AR and customer finance issues by coordinating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance Systems.
• Monitor portfolio health through AR aging, DSO impact, and dispute trends to drive actionable outcomes.
• Utilize data and AI-enabled workflows to improve account prioritization and operational efficiency.
• Support month-end close, audit requests, and control documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or Order to Cash (OTC) operations.
• Experience managing complex enterprise or high-touch customer collections in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ERP, billing systems, and customer portals.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level and customer-facing escalations.
