What you will do

• Manage a diverse vendor base including AI infrastructure, cloud providers, and SaaS tooling.
• Negotiate better commercial terms and manage renewals to prevent vendor sprawl.
• Build and implement simple procurement workflows for intake, approvals, and onboarding.
• Ensure spend visibility and maintain clean approval paths across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to align commercial commitments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial operations within tech, SaaS, or AI environments.
• Expertise in managing usage-based pricing and cloud/infrastructure commitments.
• AI-native working style: actively uses AI tools for vendor analysis and workflow design.
• Ability to work effectively across US and European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud spend, or developer tooling.
• Proficiency with tools like NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, or Ramp.
• Experience with SOX-readiness or global procurement operations.
