What you will do

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, Quora, and X.
• Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to iterate ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage monthly budgets, monitor pacing, and reallocate spend based on real-time performance.
• Provide clear performance visibility and reporting to sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms and hands-on experience in building campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and translate performance metrics into actionable optimization calls.
• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets.
• Ability to explain complex performance data to non-specialist stakeholders.
