What you will do

• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer-facing products, focusing on lead generation and engagement.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle: from strategy and ideation to design review and post-release optimization.
• Own the product pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure a customer-first approach.
• Monitor industry trends, innovation, and competitor activity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for customer-facing products (e.g., lead gen websites, CRM systems, CX tools).
• Strong personal and professional usage of AI.
• Experience leading agile software development teams with a focus on problem-solving and motivation.
• Strong analytical skills to use hard data for backing assumptions and designing experiments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level management.
