What you will do

• Develop a strong understanding of large-scale user communication via email, push notifications, and lifecycle moments.
• Support end-to-end development of CRM features, including writing specifications and aligning with engineering teams.
• Build test plans and hypotheses, monitoring results after launch to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Design, Backend Engineering, and CRM Technology experts.
• Use the Continuous Discovery Framework to identify and validate opportunities in personalization and retention.

• Valid work permit authorising employment in Germany.
• Fluent English proficiency.
