What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Design intuitive solutions for complex financial workflows, including payments, expense management, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Drive improvements in product consistency and usability by identifying UX gaps and establishing scalable solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, defining patterns that support AI-driven experiences.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate concepts and advocate for customer-centric decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align product vision and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design with ownership of high-impact initiatives.
• Proven experience designing products within fintech, payments, or similarly complex industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem definition, ideation, and measurable user outcomes.
• Practical experience using AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
• Expertise in building and scaling design systems across multiple product surfaces.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with B2B products and finance teams.
• Experience working within globally distributed organizations.
