Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high visual and interaction craft in live, complex applications.
• Proven experience taking projects from initial concept to high-performing application flows.
• Expertise in contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• Strong systems mindset with experience using design tokens or component libraries.
• Excellent attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, and interaction details.
• Ability to communicate clearly and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
