Trade Finance Senior Operation Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage the receipt, advishirify.global, and amendment of export documentary credits.
• Handle the end-to-end process for import letters of credit, includhirify.global document verification, discrepancy negotiation, and compliance checks.
• Issue and manage domestic and cross-border bank guarantees, includhirify.global drafthirify.global and credit line verification.
• Perform compliance screenhirify.global, related reporthirify.global, and bookhirify.globals into IFS/IRM systems.
• Provide reconciliation support and generate transparency documents (DDS).
• Act as a backup for Wholesale Bankhirify.global Operations approvals.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a trade finance operations role.
• Master's degree in economics.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Deep knowledge of UCP.600 and ISBP Publication No. 745.
• Proficiency in SWIFT Platform, advanced Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
