Treasury Analyst (Finance)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work

Gross annual salary: €35,000–€50,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts and analyze variances against actual results.
• Support funding activities such as revolving credit facilities, intercompany loans, and other financing arrangements.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, and treasury services.
• Monitor working capital and support initiatives to improve collections and cash conversion.
• Prepare treasury reporting for senior management and Group Treasury while contributing to cross-functional projects and process automation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or another quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, FP&A, Audit, or a related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, working capital, and financial reporting.
• Excellent Italian and English language skills required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems.
• Degree completed with honors.
