Revenue & Accounts Receivable Specialist, Italy

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid workplace

Gross annual salary: €40,000–€50,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle.
• Support invoicing, accurate billing, incoming payment tracking, and customer account reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations, and support audits and financial reporting.
• Support the implementation and use of ERP and accounting systems to improve accuracy and automation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with honors.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably focused on accounts receivable.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
