What you will do

• Develop and manage the storytelling and go-to-market strategy for the hirify.global Email product line.
• Coordinate product launches across departments, including workshops for sales and customer teams on messaging and pricing.
• Conduct extensive market research, including buyer personas, win-loss analysis, and industry trend tracking.
• Create and maintain messaging frameworks, value propositions, and customer-facing collateral.
• Monitor competitor strategies and feature offerings to maintain detailed competitive intelligence.
• Provide technical knowledge and positioning expertise as frontline support for sales and partner teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical data and customer feedback into strategic outputs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• English: C2 level proficiency required.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for PMM workflows.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Chemnitz, Germany.
