What you will do
- Handle incoming patient calls, perform protocol-based triage, and route inquiries to providers via EHR.
- Communicate lab results to patients using phone calls and template-based letters.
- Perform pre-visit preparations, ensuring all medical records, labs, and imaging results are available in the record.
- Manage patient scheduling, reduce no-show rates, and initiate appropriate social service referrals.
- Prepare medical forms, including disability forms, home health orders, and DME requests, for provider signature.
- Generate reports to assess population health and identify vulnerable patients for community-based support.
Requirements
- High-school level education or equivalency.
- 2-4 years of healthcare experience in outpatient clinics (specialty/multispecialty clinics preferred).
- Must be based in the US and able to work within the EST time zone.
- Strong preference for candidates residing in New Jersey.

- Spanish fluency.
