What you will do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice coding, routing for approval via Omnea, and chasing overdue accounts.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, SGD) and resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee expenses via Spendesk and Deel, ensuring correct coding and approval.
• Support the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining prepayment and accrual schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain auditable customer and supplier data to provide inputs for cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance graduate with 0–2 years of experience.
• Currently studying, or planning to study, towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage your own workload independently in a fully remote environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
