What you will do

• Oversee fund administration services for private equity clients, managing books, records, and financial reporting.
• Review financial data and manage complex consolidations across investment structures.
• Process fund expenses, book journal entries, and perform third-party reconciliations.
• Calculate and prepare capital calls, distributions, and fee schedules, including management fees and carried interest.
• Manage investor allocations for NAV cycles and deliver NAV packages according to SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in the fund administration industry with a track record of managing staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
