What you will do

• Handle bookkeeping for a portfolio of companies, funds, and management companies
• Prepare and reconcile investor reports and statutory financial statements
• Address and resolve audit queries
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and provide supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using Yardi and Microsoft Excel
• Support the induction and training of trainee staff

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 2-3 years of accounting experience in an international environment (Corporate/Fund Services, Real Estate, or Audit)
• Studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA Fundamental Skills or ACA Professional level)
• Required to complete pre-screening, including providing a criminal record certificate
• Proficiency in computer literacy skills
