What you will do
- Act as the primary post-sales technical point of contact for customers.
- Support onboarding by identifying needs, project timelines, and potential risks.
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops to drive feature adoption.
- Perform periodic health checks of implementations to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to provide technical input for account expansions.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations for products and services.
Requirements
- Practical working knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions concisely.
- Proven skill in using data to demonstrate realized business value.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in London, UK for on-site work
