Product Manager (Payments): Overseeing the full payments product lifecycle and driving implementation for deposits and withdrawals with an accent on PSP integrations and scalable financial ecosystems. Location: Hybrid (Athens, Greece). Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do
- Manage the payments roadmap, aligning it with business goals, client needs, and regulatory obligations.
- Lead integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) including banks, wallets, and cryptocurrencies.
- Optimize payment methods for speed, cost, reliability, and higher approval rates.
- Enhance the client experience for deposits and withdrawals to improve conversion and transaction success ratios.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and specifications using Jira and Confluence.
- Monitor performance KPIs such as fraud rates, processing times, and provider uptime to drive data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering successful payment product launches and PSP integrations.
- Understanding of the full SDLC, transaction flows, and compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Athens, Greece.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
