What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for checkout, subscription billing, and billing infrastructure.
• Optimize key performance metrics including checkout conversion, authorization rates, and chargeback ratios.
• Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve payment and billing experiences.
• Manage strategic relationships with payment orchestration providers, processors, and acquiring banks.
• Oversee payment operations, monitoring transaction health and improving dispute processes.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting using Looker and BigQuery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience specifically in payments, billing, or checkout systems.
• Deep understanding of payment processors, authorization flows, and settlement processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to integrate AI-powered tools, coding assistants, or LLMs into product development.
• Experience with D2C subscription businesses, preferably in healthcare or telehealth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, BigQuery, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud prevention, risk operations, or compliance.
• Knowledge of billing-related marketing technologies.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and lifecycle communications.
