What you will do
- Support the maintenance of static data, recurring business-as-usual activities, and responses to user queries.
- Assist with Bloomberg AIM system administration, configuration maintenance, issue resolution, and technological integrations.
- Learn and support investment-management workflows including order management, trade execution, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, and post-trade processing.
- Collaborate with Investment Managers, Compliance Officers, Operations teams, and external vendors across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and LATAM.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, user support, and productivity through AI, automation, and data-driven technologies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in technology, digital innovation, AI, investment management, trading workflows, and financial systems.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to investigate issues and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft 365, Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, Copilot, or similar AI and automation tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
- Paid internship of at least six months, with up to 30 hours per week and a flexible schedule.
