What you will do

• Maintain CRM hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure accurate opportunity and order data.
• Prepare commercial offers and financial quotes using aggregation and pricing files.
• Manage Microsoft CSP operational activities, including quotes and orders.
• Handle deal registrations with strategic IT vendors.
• Track and manage upcoming renewals to mitigate expiry risks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve operational bottlenecks from opportunity to order status.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations position or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for pricing and financial calculations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
• High level of precision and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft CSP licensing.
• Familiarity with vendor partner programs and deal registration processes in IT distribution or reselling.
