AI Product Operations Lead

Location: Remote in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Build and prioritize an R&D backlog of high-value AI opportunities.
• Take ambiguous problems from user and workflow discovery through solution design, implementation, testing, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Design and operate AI-native solutions including prompts, workflows, integrations, agents, databases, automations, and internal applications.
• Improve the use of enterprise AI tools such as Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
• Establish evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, maintenance, governance, and enablement practices for AI systems.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, Finance, and other stakeholders on delivery, adoption, spend visibility, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Practical experience applying AI to real-world problems and building solutions that people use.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems through discovery, implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and technical constraints.
• Hands-on technical fluency with internal workflows, automations, agents, or applications, plus GitHub, repositories, pull requests, hosting, deployment, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience independently managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Good judgment around responsible AI, security, access, governance, evaluation, and reliability.
