Associate Director Predictive Algorithms Global Capability Owner (AI)

Location: Remote for US-based candidates only; Philadelphia, PA. Travel required: 20–30%.

Base salary for US-based candidates: $160,000–$240,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the Predictive Algorithms global capability.
• Lead development of patient prediction models, dynamic targeting algorithms, next-best-action engines, and model governance frameworks.
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with technology, activation, data, development, and external teams to deliver scalable predictive analytics capabilities.
• Monitor adoption, outcome KPIs, engagement metrics, model performance, and experimentation results to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing cross-functional product roadmaps.
• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, AI-driven recommendation platforms, dynamic targeting, audience segmentation, next-best-action engines, and model governance.
• Experience with Agile product development and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Must be a US-based candidate; 20–30% travel is required.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
