What you will do

• Partner with Accommodations, Product, and Commercial teams to set negotiation strategies and deliver priority partner agreements.
• Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex, high-value commercial agreements with strategic Accommodation Partners.
• Build and optimize scalable contracting frameworks, playbooks, and approval processes to increase speed and risk control.
• Act as the primary legal advisor for contracting matters, coordinating input from privacy, competition, tax, and regulatory specialists.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to translate them into actionable guidance and updated contract positions.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal operations through the use of contracting technology and AI tools.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the EU, UK, or US.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracting and the accommodations sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Skill in utilizing legal tech tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Dutch legal qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in competition law.
