What you will do

  • Organize and drive board meetings from agenda creation through to document distribution.
  • Produce high-quality minutes, capturing key board decisions and action points.
  • Ensure compliance with Articles of Association, the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, and EBA Guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate boards, the broader organization, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the annual cycle planning and the lifelong learning program for board members.
  • Optimize board processes through standardization and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably with a legal background or affinity.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional working experience.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn board management IT tools.
