What you will do

• Devise and oversee delivery plans for physical and digital products to ensure on-time delivery and correct specifications.
• Create work schedules for approximately 50 studio colleagues using specialized software.
• Lead regular in-person progress meetings and proactively communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Forecast short- and long-term capacity and escalate resource risks to key colleagues.
• Convert graphic design briefs into print specifications and coordinate tendering with the Buying Team.
• Manage physical product samples from external suppliers, including distribution and approval.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the book production process.
• Excellent scheduling and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle IP-sensitive products with meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work full time onsite in Nottingham, UK.
