What you will do

• Document current state processes and redesign future state workflows for global transformation projects.
• Lead collaboration with subject-matter experts to identify process improvements and transformation impacts.
• Facilitate adoption through the design of clear process documentation, enablement materials, and audience-specific storytelling.
• Partner with Talent teams to leverage tools and expertise in supporting change journeys.
• Challenge the status quo to ensure transformation initiatives align with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate across the WPP network and MFG team to ensure visibility, progress, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Associate within a management consulting organization focused on transformation.
• Strong expertise in process documentation and visualization, adapting detail levels based on the audience.
• Mastery of process mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Miro.
• Firm understanding of change management standards and approaches (e.g., ADKAR, Golden Circle, Kotter, 7S).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
