Product Recovery Lead (Operations)

What you will do

• Manage the full returns process to ensure returned goods are processed in the most profitable manner.
• Grade returned stock and oversee repackaging to optimize revenue from each unit.
• Coordinate 3PL damage claims and work with the Product Care team to identify manufacturing faults.
• Oversee the administration, movement, and PAT testing of photography and NPD samples.
• Lead and motivate the recovery team, acting as the senior point of contact for operational queries.
• Track and report recovery metrics on a monthly basis to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing a full returns process, including inspection, refurbishment, and resale decisions.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and furniture.
• Proficiency in Excel and specialist stock tracking software.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience working with furniture and homewares.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central.
• Valid forklift license and manual handling training.
