What you will do
- Lead the Gaming product unit, driving overall product strategy and software development.
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Casino, Poker, and Bingo products.
- Optimize frontend experiences across Desktop, Mobile Web, and Native Apps.
- Manage third-party integrations to enhance the player experience.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align priorities.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Software Development.
- Experience within the online gaming industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex products and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of frontend product development for web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the online gaming industry.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically leading Casino, Poker, or Bingo products.
- Experience managing products across multiple international markets and regulatory environments.
