B2B software provider specializing in Player Account Management (PAM) solutions for the iGaming industry.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the PAM platform.
  • Lead the transformation of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive B2B solution for regulated markets.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization.
  • Own product portfolio decisions, roadmap prioritization, and investment planning across multiple areas.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, API-first, and configurable capabilities.
  • Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure adoption and business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a Head of Product or senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of PAM domains: Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud, and KYC.
  • Track record of scaling complex software platforms and managing cross-functional product organizations.
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Must be based in Austria.
